They have the best food. It's very clean inside. The waitress is very polite and friendly. I would definitely be coming back here to eat. My waitress was Annette she is very friendly and nice to her customers. So if u want good breakfast stop into Penny's dinner.
What a great place to have run into! Annette our server was top notch with service and communicating with customers of all ages. Our food was awesome and prices are great. Good atmosphere and love the decor. Highly recommend we will be visiting again soon. As far as the negative reviews, picky people try to ruin establishments for DUMB reasons! Dont let them fool you!

Always great to come back to a place with so many memories! Helped open this hotel and dinner when they first came to town. Housekeeping in the hotel by day cook at the diner by night. Food was awesome! Had the triple decker club with the wife. My daughter had the chicken tenders and tots and her boyfriend had a grilled cheese on Texas toast...TEXAS TOAST! A great idea! Only thing I’d like to see changed is the A/C not as cold at 11:30 at night
My dine in was great the cook was Annette my food was perfect without all that oil or grease hope the rest of staff is like her she had a smile on and was pos person it don't get better then that only 2 min wait for me

A great visit to this amazing restaurant. Have t been there since 2007 when I was stationed in Cheyenne. Jamie and Riley greeted me at the door and got me seated. amazing food amazing service from these 2 wonderful ladies. Thanks for a great meal.
